About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a Barista position. This role involves welcoming and greeting guests, knowing regular guests by name and preferences, informing guests of specials and menu changes, taking food and beverage orders, entering orders into the POS system, accepting payment, and preparing coffees, espresso, and smoothies. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and sets the pace with their service. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but a stellar personality and teamwork ability are most important. English communication skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays is necessary.
