About The Position

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is a leading service provider for coffee equipment, specializing in espresso machines, brewers, and grinders. They are seeking a motivated Service Technician who loves coffee and is eager to learn a skilled trade, as no prior technical experience is required. The role involves performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations, troubleshooting and repairing advanced coffee equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The work is primarily independent in the field but supported by a team. New hires receive hands-on training with a certified technician and are enrolled in a certification program, after which they are assigned a work vehicle and service route. The company seeks individuals with a passion for coffee, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving, and good communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must enjoy coffee, tasting
  • Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
  • Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
