Position Overview Love coffee? Love the mountains? Combine your passions as a Barista at Wildflowers, Mt. Hood Meadows’ cozy alpine coffee shop. You’ll be serving up coffee, specialty beverages, smoothies, and sandwiches while providing warm, welcoming service to guests fueling up for a day on the mountain. We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented people who can keep things moving during a busy rush while taking pride in every drink and every guest interaction. From preparing espresso drinks and smoothies to serving quick-serve food, your focus will be on consistency, cleanliness, and great hospitality. Whether you’re serving a first-time visitor or a mountain regular, your role helps set the tone for their day. We’re looking for people who enjoy coffee, connecting with guests, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
