This role is for an Avionics Technician to join a leading team supporting world-class business aviation programs in Wichita, Kansas, specifically at Mid-Continent Airport Wichita. The position focuses on advanced avionics systems for Bombardier Global and Challenger aircraft, offering the opportunity to work in a high-performance corporate jet environment. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in avionics, aircraft electronics, and general aviation to grow their career on prestigious platforms. No license is required for this role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of aviation experience, including at least 2 years in corporate/business aviation
  • Strong experience troubleshooting avionics systems
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Must own a basic tool kit; toolbox must be shadowed in accordance with quality standards

  • Experience with Starlink systems

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to general work requirements
  • Repair, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment with limited supervision
  • Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
  • Operate ground support equipment
  • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)
  • Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in 5-S activities
  • Perform work in a safe and timely manner
  • Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
  • Read and understand electrical engineering drawings
  • Perform aircraft inspections with appropriate oversight
  • Basic PC skills
