About The Position

Pulmus7 seeks a professional, experienced Security Armed Agent in Aventura for a full-time role safeguarding and protecting an educational facility. The job requires a high level of self-discipline, commitment, and an overall good sense of proactiveness. The Armed Security Agent for the educational facility in Aventura, FL, holds a key role in maintaining the security and operational continuity of the site. This position requires an agent with an exceptionally high level of discipline, focus, and commitment to the primary goal of assets and personnel protection. The agent will execute comprehensive security duties, including but not limited to; access control, active surveillance, and emergency readiness and a high level of situational awareness. Success in this role depends on a professional demeanor, unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring uninterrupted business operations through preventative security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 23 years of age or older.
  • Proven experience in security management or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Class D License.
  • Valid Class G License.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed.
  • A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.
  • Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems and technologies, including burglar alarms, access control, and CCTV.
  • Familiarity with state and federal security regulations and grant processes.
  • Advanced physical fitness proficiency.
  • Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training.

  • Law Enforcement/Corrections Officer Certification (If Applicable)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Valid Class W License (an advantage).
  • Other languages are an advantage.
