Now, we're looking for a passionate Zone Sales Manager who's ready to make an impact and help shape the future of our plant. As our Zone Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the unique style of the sales and communities of park models. There is nothing tiny about this sales team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll spend time on the phone, build relationships, and influence a culture where Park models are everywhere you want them to be.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or housing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with everyone-from new potential customers to life-long clients.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information
• Solid problem‑solving skills and confidence to make decisions
• A proactive mindset that thinks outside the Tiny Home box.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve our territories and customers' business models.
• Lead engaging marketing and sales strategies to make sure Champion Homes is the home everyone loves and has access to.
• Conduct regular face-to-face and networking opportunities to ensure everyone who wants a Champion Park Model has the ability to work with us to make it happen.
• Facilitate a pipeline that secures existing business while introducing new ideas and people to our homes.
