About The Position

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Zone Sales Leader to lead sales and sales operations execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. The role leads and engages a market area team in creating effective sales strategies to maximize sales growth, and is accountable for achieving objectives by ensuring critical field sales initiatives are developed, managed, and executed effectively across the zone marketplace and sales centers. Requirements

At least 7 years of management experience in all aspects of food sales or a comparable industry.
Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
