About The Position

The YouTube Specialist is responsible for developing YouTube content strategies for SCHEELS. The YouTube Specialist should quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns and online presence, specific to channel growth through areas such as digital advertising, SEO and social media. This position will work with a wide variety of people within the SCHEELS Corporation.

  • Coordinate videos captured and edited in collaboration with store marketing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, one to two years of experience in YouTube marketing with demonstrated successes; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement YouTube and digital strategies on behalf of the brand
  • Ensure YouTube channels are driving traffic and revenue
  • Be our brand voice on YouTube by researching trends, creating and scheduling content, and responding to customer comments, tags, etc. on YouTube, Social Media, SCHEELS Blog and more
  • Understand and report on Key Performance Indicators related to YouTube channel and video performance
  • Collaborate with others to create and execute promotion, contests, campaigns, and content creation and management
  • Collaborate with our agency partners, both internal and external, on related projects and initiatives
  • Ability to manage and coordinate projects so that they are organized and delivered on time
  • Integrate vendor marketing promotions to our media calendar and execute deployment at a high level
