Requirements

Current high school student registered with Youth works
Previous part time work experience preferred.
Must be well organized.
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to establish effective working relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment subject to frequently changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Handles basic administrative tasks with accounting and human resource departments
shadows contract coordinators, project coordination, account executives and sales managers.
assisting in arranging meeting space in accordance to specifications
perform light housekeeping duties.
shadows building services staff and learns basis building maintenance functions.
assist public safety on routine patrols.
greets convention center visitors and directs them to events or area attractions
perform related duties as assigned.
