Youth Soccer Coach
About The Position
Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer is seeking a Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead children ages 18 months to 10 years old through structured classes focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Lil’ Kickers is a nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills. Skills Institute is a structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression. The company culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth for both kids and coaches.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit for multiple sessions, not just a few weeks
- Reliable, punctual, and positive
- Communicates well with families
- Open to feedback and growth
Nice To Haves
- Soccer experience is helpful, but not required
- Weekend availability is a plus
- College students (education, psychology, kinesiology, leadership, etc.)
- Former athletes or coaches
- Camp counselors, youth leaders, or teachers

Responsibilities
- Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes
- Set up and break down equipment before and after class
- Communicate with families before and after sessions
