About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking proven leaders to become Youth Counselors in Connellsville, PA. This role involves working with at-risk youth in group homes, supervising them, and providing mentorship. Requirements
- Ability to safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
- Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training.
- Pass any required physical abilities assessment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor youth in a residential setting.
- Maintain safety and order using approved crisis-prevention and physical intervention techniques when necessary.

- Work collaboratively with other staff to provide consistent structure and support.
