Requirements

Ability to safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training and pass any required physical abilities assessment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor youth in a residential setting.
