About The Position
Pathways Family Services is hiring a full-time Youth Care Worker in Topeka, Kansas. The role supports youth as they heal, grow, and work toward a brighter future by building meaningful relationships and providing safety, encouragement, and guidance. The average hourly rate is $16.01, including wages, incentives, bonuses, and overtime. Applicants must complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes and has no right or wrong answers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Passion for helping youth succeed.
- Complete the required Predictive Index assessment.
