About The Position
Pathways Family Services is hiring a Youth Care Worker I in Topeka, Kansas. The role supports youth as they heal, grow, and work toward a brighter future by building meaningful relationships and providing a safe, supportive environment. The position is part-time and PRN. The average hourly rate is $16.01, including wage, incentives, bonuses, and overtime.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Passion for helping youth succeed.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes.
