Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Manage Communications: Serve as a key point of contact by managing incoming calls, routing emails, and drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
Elevate the Visitor Experience: Warmly welcome and screen on-site visitors, confidently handling general inquiries and guiding guests to the right resource.
Coordinate Events & Meetings: Assist in the logistics, preparation, and smooth execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and special programs.
Maintain Data Integrity: Enter and verify critical data across internal systems, auditing reports to ensure absolute accuracy.
