About The Position
This role is for a Youth Apprentice in the Pharmacy Services department at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. The apprentice will work rotating shifts, PRN, and evenings. The position involves managing communications, enhancing the visitor experience, coordinating events and meetings, and maintaining data integrity.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Applicant needs to be a high school student who is interested in health sciences, and bonus if they are interested in Pharmacy!

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact by managing incoming calls, routing emails, and drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Warmly welcome and screen on-site visitors, confidently handling general inquiries and guiding guests to the right resource.
- Assist in the logistics, preparation, and smooth execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and special programs.
- Enter and verify critical data across internal systems, auditing reports to ensure absolute accuracy.
