The summer 2026 session of the UWC² Youth and Teen Program (YTP) runs Monday–Friday, June 29 – August 21, 2025. Approximately 100 youth enrichment classes (mixture of online and in-person) will run over 8 weeks serving approximately 1500 school-aged youth, 4th-12th grades. This seasonal position begins part-time in late May/early June, transitions to full time in late June and concludes in late August. The YTP Program Assistant works on campus with the UW's summer enrichment program supporting instructors, YTP Directors, students and parents. YTP Program Assistant is responsible for the safety and supervision of youth during daily check in and check out, lunch, classroom breaks, and field trips. The Program Assistant also supports supplies, materials, data management, and technical needs of YTP courses. Prior to hire, the Youth and Teen Programs Assistant is required to demonstrate up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification and complete all compliance training (for example, Safe Interactions with Youth, Reporting Abuse and Neglect, etc.) This temporary staff position rate starts at: $22.00
