The Vice President will create detailed automation architectures, leverage RPA and COTS tools, build and maintain automation scripts, conduct system analysis, optimize business processes, and troubleshoot integration issues. Collaboration with IT teams, business analysts, and application owners is crucial, as is leading and mentoring junior automation engineers. The role also includes conducting workshops, monitoring automation performance, staying updated on emerging technologies, documenting processes, and providing status reports to stakeholders. Up to 100% travel is required, with the employee working at various client sites throughout the U.S. The position reports to company headquarters in Chicago, IL.
