About The Position

The Yard Worker ensures Ironclad’s containers are cleaned, repaired, and fully operational for rental. The role involves a variety of general labor tasks, including work at customer sites and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to company safety protocols and standards. Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience with general labor and general repairs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license.
• Strict adherence to company safety protocols and standards.
• Submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct pump and hose evaluations and repairs.
• Set up and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Pressure wash equipment and perform berm repairs.
• Handle labeling and inventory management tasks.
• Load and unload equipment.
• Perform minor welding and electrical work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through general housekeeping.
