About The Position

Carter Lumber is seeking a Yard Specialist to assist contractors and do-it-yourself customers with selecting and loading orders. The role also involves pulling and staging materials for pickup or delivery, helping maintain yard inventory through cycle counts, and keeping the yard organized and clean. A forklift is used for the work; training and assistance in attaining certification are available for employees who have not operated one before.

Responsibilities

• Assist contractors and do-it-yourselfers with selecting and loading orders.
