About The Position

D.P. Nicoli is hiring a Yard Operator to support its Woodinville yard. The role involves operating equipment, managing materials, maintaining safety, and assisting with daily yard operations. Depending on experience and CDL qualifications, the Yard Operator may drive company vehicles for local deliveries or equipment transport. This is a full-time, in-person position with a day shift. The driver role is described as a company-driver position with daily home time and local routes.

Requirements

• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain a CDL through company-sponsored training.

• Previous experience in yard operations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other yard or material-handling machinery.
• Load and unload shoring and construction equipment for rental or transport.
• Manage inventory and organize yard materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe yard while following company and governmental safety regulations.
• Perform general yard maintenance and assist coworkers as needed.
• Depending on experience and CDL qualifications, drive company vehicles for deliveries or equipment transport.
