- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR & First Aid Certification (front and back of cards) or proof of registration in CPR/First Aid Class. Online Courses NOT accepted.
- Three Professional References listed on application. In-house candidates must attach 3 professional references and may use the “Professional References Form.”
