About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and material handling operations safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner. The role involves loading and unloading trucks; moving materials with warehouse equipment; preparing and cleaning trailers; and assisting production teams with material handling tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team, and comfortable with physically demanding work in varied environmental conditions. Candidates should have basic warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to following company policies and safe work practices.

Requirements

Be at least 23 years old.
Have good customer service and teamwork skills.
Be in good physical condition and able to get in and out of trucks several times per day.
Be able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather.
Complete a drug screen and criminal background check before employment.
Be able to work in a self-directive environment.
Be able to lift 45 pounds.
Wear protective gear and steel-toe shoes.
Be able to perform repetitive-motion work.
Have entry-level to one year of inventory, warehouse, and receiving experience.
Be able to prove the right to work in the United States.
Have sufficient work experience to be successful on the job.

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within established guidelines.
Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, manual jacks, and forklifts.
Clean out trailers before or after moving them.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Assist operators with material handling duties.
Break down, clean, organize, and prepare materials according to procedures and production requirements.
Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.
