About The Position

This role involves performing all work in compliance with company policy and within guidelines, utilizing warehouse equipment, and assisting with various material handling duties. The position requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum hiring age: 23 years old.
• Good customer service & teamwork skills.
• Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day.
• Able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather.
• Prior to employment, drug screen, criminal background check.
• Ability to work in a self-directive environment.
• Able to lift 45 pounds.
• Wear protective gear, and steel toe shoes.
• Work jobs that have repetitive motion.
• Entry level to 1 year of inventory, warehouse and receiving experience.
• Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.
• Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer high school graduates or GEDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines.
• Use of other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, manual jacks and forklifts.
• Clean out trailers before or after moving.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Assist operators with various material handling duties.
• Break down, clean, organize and prep in accordance to procedure and production requirements.
• Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.
