About The Position
WholeTress Structures is seeking an Entry Level Yard Hand with an opportunity for growth. This is an on-site position in Ashland, Maine, and local candidates are preferred. The company will provide training. WholeTrees, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Some experience (or school projects) in construction with wood/carpentry.
- Some experience with basic hand and power tools.
- An attitude of learning and being as helpful as possible each day.
- Roll-up your sleeves and help in anyway you can.
- Has a driver license and can independently get to and from work each day
- Quick to smile.
Nice To Haves
- Some machine operation in a fork lift and telehandler.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload trucks with trees, logs and other building materials.
- Help track the inventory throughout the project process.
- Help organize the yard as needed
- Peel and sand logs.
- Maintains tools and equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
