About The Position

We are seeking a Yard Hand for our Cambridge, OH operation. This is a great opportunity to get started in the oil and gas industry while supporting inspection services, yard operations, equipment maintenance, and material handling activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred
• Previous oilfield, construction, warehouse, trucking, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds
• Must be able to pass a company drug screen, alcohol screening, and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping of the yard and shop
• Mow, weed eat, pick up trash, paint, and assist with facility upkeep
• Assist with pipe loading and unloading
• Assist mechanics with oil changes, tire rotations, and equipment repairs
• Keep tools and equipment in field-ready condition by cleaning, testing, repairing, and painting as needed
• Wash trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed
• Support inspection and yard operations as needed
• Work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
