About The Position
This position is responsible for operating trucks and moving trailers in and out of loading areas while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The team member must follow all safety rules and regulations and use all safety devices such as dock locks, wheel checks, and jack stands. The team member must be willing to ensure trailers are sealed and will be responsible for the inventory of trailers. Additionally, the team member will be required to perform routine temperature checks of trailers and product.
Requirements
- Current valid driver’s license which is not suspended, revoked or cancelled.
- 6 months continuous work history with single employer in the past 12 months.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

- Following all safety rules and regulations.
- Using all safety devices such as dock locks, wheel checks, and jack stands.
- Ensuring trailers are sealed.
- Inventory of trailers.
- Routine temperature checks of trailers and product.
- Notifying supervisor of any mechanical problems.
- Moving trailers for fresh and frozen docks as needed.
- Performing other duties assigned by supervisor.
