Yard Associate - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
About The Position
SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Yard Associate to help achieve strong store performance and support the branch’s strategy, performance, and growth. Yard Associates organize products for delivery to job sites and help maintain the branch’s overall organization. The role involves unloading incoming trucks, loading customer and company vehicles, replenishing or moving branch products, and assisting customers with product selection and support. Associates also partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working that can improve business performance. The position prefers conversational English/Spanish proficiency. Compensation depends on factors such as location and experience and will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage laws.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Safety-minded work ethic.

- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
Nice To Haves
- Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Green industry experience and familiarity with landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products.
- Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Unload product from incoming trucks.
- Load products into outbound customer and company vehicles.
- Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed.
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
