About The Position

The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers. This role involves engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns, and demonstrating effective follow-up. The salesperson will utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials and reports, and work closely with the sales and service teams to maintain customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

Excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of automotive sales industry.
Valid Driver’s License
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn and utilize the Xtream software system and the Dealership Management system.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

Meets dealership sales goals
Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.
Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles.
Engages in business development
Addresses customer concerns
Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.
Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.
Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested.
Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned
