Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of auto sales
- Experience as an auto sales manager or finance manager
- A driven, strategic, and results-focused professional who is confident, proactive, and motivated by performance-based success.
Responsibilities
- Review Eleads, analyze owner manifests, and engage customers right from the service drive.
- Conduct appraisals, identify upgrade opportunities, and guide customers toward new or pre-owned vehicle solutions that meet their needs.
- Transform routine service visits into meaningful sales conversations, proactively acquiring inventory for the used car operation while fueling dealership growth.
