About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to work at Weill Cornell. This full-time, technical, non-supervisory role operates advanced imaging equipment to produce radiographs and computer images under the guidance of a radiologist and department supervisor. The technologist contributes to diagnosing complex conditions and delivering high-quality patient care alongside a clinical team. The posted shift is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The role requires on-site presence, and employees should live within commuting distance of NewYork-Presbyterian; travel expenses are not reimbursed. New graduates are welcome. A temporary license is required before the start date, and candidates must provide their exam date. A New York State Radiologic Technologist license must be obtained within six months of hire. The listed salary range is $48.60–$60.26 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduation from an approved school of radiologic technology.
- New York State Radiologic Technologist license; the license must be obtained within six months of hire.
- ARRT certification.
- Temporary license required before the start date.
- Must provide exam date.
