Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The WW Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving commercial strategies that optimize revenue growth, shaping go-to-market plans for strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making processes. This role will mainly focus on driving growth for Apple’s hardware products business in partnership with regional teams and will be the voice of Apple Retail for company wide initiatives. The Apple Retail team is seeking an exceptional WW Commercial Manager with the ability to effectively connect various levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess commercial acumen, be able to work in ambiguous situations, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and have meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of analyzing current market trends, assessing Apple’s current business performance, identifying new opportunities, and developing actionable strategies to enhance revenue growth and market share.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience
  • Strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution
  • Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
