Wrap Machine Operator - $26+/hour
About The Position
The Wrap Machine Operator sets up and adjusts machinery for different products and ensures products are sliced, handled, coded or labeled, and packaged according to quality and schedule standards. The operator verifies that products meet quality and packaging standards before shipping, replenishes packaging supplies, and maintains a clean work area. The role requires competency in activities that may affect product safety, legality, or quality, as well as compliance with company policies, safety rules, work schedules, and attendance policies. Other duties may be assigned by supervision or management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
- Demonstrate competency in on-the-job activities that may affect product safety, legality, or quality.

- Six months or more of related production experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up machinery and adjust it to accommodate each product according to standards.
- Ensure correct product coding and/or labeling.
- Ensure product meets quality and packaging standards before shipping.
- Replenish wrap and packaging supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
- Fulfill work schedules and adhere to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision or management.
