PRN Wound Physical Therapist - Acute Care
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Wound Physical Therapist to provide acute care rehabilitation therapy in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. The role is based at 2001 W 86th St., Indianapolis, IN. The therapist delivers evidence-based care, develops timely treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs, and collaborates with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff. PRN scheduling requires six weekend day shifts per quarter and one holiday per year, including the holiday and its related weekend for a total of three shifts. Major and minor holidays alternate annually. Weekday pay is $50 per hour and weekend pay is $60 per hour. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
