About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide acute care rehabilitation services in Riverview, Florida, in partnership with Advent Health. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based, quality care and helping patients exceed their functional outcomes. The therapist will establish timely treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and build positive connections with patients, families, clinicians, and other hospital team members. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
