PRN Physical Therapist - Acute Care
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide acute care services in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in collaboration with HCA Florida. The role focuses on expanding access to quality rehabilitation care and helping patients achieve functional outcomes through evidence-based treatment. The required schedule is two weekend day shifts per month, one major holiday, and one minor holiday. The position is at 1000 Mar Walt Drive, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed functional outcome goals.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, their families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
