About The Position

This position serves as part of the Creative Arts Team to lead worship for Sunday services and events. The schedule for this position includes a weeknight rehearsal (~2 hours) as well as ~7 hours on Sundays at varying campus locations.

Requirements

• Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals as scheduled
• Connect regularly with your supervisor for mentorship and development
• Submit your hours regularly through Southland’s Paycor account
• Attend staff meetings if other work schedules allow

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for our weekend services on a regularly scheduled basis at any of our campus locations
• Lead worship for large events and worship events as needed
• Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals as scheduled
• Connect regularly with your supervisor for mentorship and development
• Submit your hours regularly through Southland’s Paycor account
• Attend staff meetings if other work schedules allow
• Other Duties as assigned
