About The Position

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a gifted, spiritually mature Worship Director & Hub Leader to lead Worship Arts at our Royal Oak Campus while providing leadership and support to Worship Directors across the Royal Oak Hub. This role is responsible for creating Christ-centered, engaging worship experiences, developing healthy teams of musicians and production volunteers, and cultivating a strong Worship Arts culture. As Hub Leader, this individual also coaches and encourages Worship Directors across multiple campuses, helping strengthen alignment, collaboration, and ministry health. This is a full-time, salaried position, requiring membership and active participation at our Woodside Bible Church Royal Oak Campus.

Requirements

• A spiritually mature leader with a passion for worship, discipleship, and developing others.
• At least five years of worship ministry leadership experience, preferably within a mid-sized, multi-generational, or multicultural church.
• Strong vocal and musical ability; proficiency in guitar or piano preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteer teams.
• Working knowledge of Planning Center, multitrack software, and live production environments.
• Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced coursework in Worship Arts or Biblical Studies preferred.
• Full alignment with the mission, values, and ministry philosophy of Woodside Bible Church.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Worship Arts at the Royal Oak Campus, including weekly services and special events.
• Lead worship regularly while providing musical and creative direction for services.
• Recruit, disciple, develop, and equip musicians, worship leaders, and volunteers.
• Partner with campus leadership to plan meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and encouragement to Worship Directors throughout the Royal Oak Hub.
• Lead regular Hub meetings and collaborate with Central Worship leadership on strategy, goals, and Worship Arts initiatives.
• Oversee worship systems, scheduling, multitracks, stage environments, and related production elements.
