Role Overview As a Worldwide Channel Experience Analyst, support the development and execution of our global retail experience strategy. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Channel Experience, as well as sales teams, channel partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help enable compelling in‑store and online experiences for Snapdragon products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of channel sales or business development work experience OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 2+ years of channel sales or business development work experience
  • Demonstrates an unwavering passion and deep knowledge of technology trends and innovations, with a particular affinity for Snapdragon products.
  • Proven track record in driving sell-out and revenue growth, showcasing adeptness in sales strategies and execution.
  • Possesses a strategic mindset, adept at analyzing complex situations, and making informed decisions that contribute to long-term success.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire and influence others, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and charisma to effectively communicate ideas and drive consensus.

  • Bachelors degree in technology or business
  • 2+ years of channel sales or business development work experience specific to the PC industry
  • Inside selling experience, with both cold and warm leads, with the ability to provide a compelling value proposition to capture interest from a prospective client
  • Track record for exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption, and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices into large corporate enterprises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a large territory for customer acquisition and account management, while understanding different customer personas, challenges, and industries to pivot appropriate relevant message positioning
  • Proficiency with CRM, social media, and Email Engagement tools
  • History of selling technical products and having a genuine interest in technology - PCs is highly relevant
  • A challenger mindset is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of retail experience initiatives, with a primary focus on North America to drive visibility, sell‑through, and portfolio expansion for Snapdragon.
  • Work closely with channel sales, marketing, and channel partners to support the execution of customer‑facing programs across in‑store and online environments.
  • Assist in enabling retail sales teams and third‑party personnel through tools, content, and readiness initiatives that reinforce Snapdragon value propositions.
  • Support consistent Snapdragon brand representation across priority retail environments and partner touchpoints.
  • Gather and synthesize retail performance observations, competitive activity, and field learnings to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Support coordination with third‑party labor agencies, to ensure alignment with program objectives and execution standards.
