Team Summary As a key member of the Workplace Technologies team, the IT Analyst will be responsible for Implementation and Support of Enterprise Technologies and Hardware. This role will provide onsite support at GAF Headquarters located in Parsippany, NJ. The Workplace Technology team is dynamic, constantly evolving, and innovative. Job Summary The IT Analyst must possess the skills to multitask Support and Projects in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required OR 3 Years of supporting Windows Operating Systems in an Enterprise Environment Required

Knowledge of Service Now a Plus

Responsibilities

End Point Imaging using Tanium Bare Metal Imaging
Google Workplace Support (G Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Google Drive)
Multi Location End User Support
Chromebook Provisioning and Support
Print Logic SAAS Administration
Corporate Tech Bar
Monitor, log and track assigned technical problems in our Ticket Management system (Service Now)
Collaborate with all IT, Security, and Network Teams
Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions
Perform Root Cause Analysis
Provide support and communicate to GAF leadership
