About The Position

This role will coordinate commercial moves for Hilldrup’s Workplace Solutions accounts, managing the process from order initiation through delivery. It involves frequent communication with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. The coordinator will proactively resolve issues, maintain detailed records, and handle multiple moves monthly. The individual will oversee all aspects of the move process—from the initial order through successful delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a smooth and professional experience. This requires frequent interaction with United Van Lines agents, national account representatives, customers, and internal staff, including operations and sales, to align logistics and services. Responsibilities include receiving and updating move orders, working closely with origin and destination agents, adjusting registrations, confirming details like crew assignments, scope changes, and delivery timelines, and coordinating services such as ETAs and destination support. The role also involves preparing required reports and correspondence, making occasional site visits to build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying potential issues early and resolving them efficiently, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed. After-hours support for assigned accounts may be required. The coordinator will maintain active files, manage logistics across service lines including air cargo and trucking, and stay flexible to support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
