About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic professional individual with strong management skills and a background/experience of 3+ years in office support operations as a Workplace Services Site Manager in our Woodlands, TX office. This role involves handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services and hospitality services, etc. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with an excellent focus in customer service. IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Workplace Services, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

Requirements

Detail oriented with an excellent focus in customer service
High school diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years or more background experience in management
Professional appearance and demeanor
Demonstrate sound judgement with the ability to think quickly during an emergency situations
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and organizational skills
Lifting up to 55 pounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

Handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services, and hospitality services, etc.
Mail related tasks and supporting services such as mail runs & package deliveries to departments
Assemble and break down conference layouts (chairs, tables, etc)
Ensure all work standards are met consistently on a daily basis
Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients
Monitor & control expenses and budget, keeping upper management updated regularly
Adhere to all safety and security procedures & protols
