About The Position

Acting as the true face of the firm, the Workplace Location Services Analyst will create an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on security and customer service. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location/across multiple locations. May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service
Critical thinking skills.
Problem solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Good communication skills (written and oral)

Responsibilities

Daily oversight of contractors to ensure proper supervision, quality control, and adherence to standards.
Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
Provides enhanced collaboration and client engagement, build relationships with client team through local engagement activities and internal team requests.
