About The Position

The Front of House Manager oversees daily front-of-house and workplace operations, ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors receive a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience. This role leads the onsite team, coordinates workplace services, and ensures the office remains organized, fully operational, and prepared to support daily business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related business-to-business (B2B) and/or technical environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience required.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of technology and business systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (or equivalent Microsoft Office applications).
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively to medium-sized groups.
  • Strong complex problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Front of House.
  • Oversee reception coverage and visitor registration.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, conference spaces, pantries, and shared areas are properly prepared.
  • Coordinate catering, room setups, and special meeting requests.
  • Monitor office appearance, cleanliness, supplies, and pantry readiness.
  • Partner with Facilities, A/V, Security, Mailroom, and other support teams.
  • Assign daily responsibilities and coordinate coverage for breaks and absences.
  • Respond to colleague and client requests professionally and promptly.
  • Address operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate important updates, procedures, and service changes to the team.
  • Maintain schedules, checklists, service records, and operational reports.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and excellent customer service.
