  • Natural owner who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through without requiring day-to-day direction.
  • Exceptionally organized and able to balance planned priorities with unexpected needs.
  • Genuine hospitality mindset: anticipates needs, sweats the details, and cares about employee and guest experience.
  • Experienced in planning and executing employee events, office programming, or hospitality.
  • Comfortable managing external IT providers and technology vendors, with enough technical fluency to understand and communicate issues.
  • Strong at managing vendors, timelines, details, and budgets.
  • Calm and resourceful when unexpected situations arise.
  • Clear, confident, discreet, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an agency, creative company, startup, hospitality environment, or similarly fast-moving organization.
  • Experience managing an MSP or outsourced IT partner.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, SaaS administration, or device management.
  • Experience producing internal events, client gatherings, or branded experiences.
  • Experience supporting workplace projects, office moves, buildouts, security, or compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute recurring in-office programming, such as weekly happy hours and employee gatherings.
  • Lead the operational execution of Mojo-sponsored events, company meetings, celebrations, and client gatherings, managing vendors, catering, food and beverage, AV, setup, breakdown, and run-of-show.
  • Create a thoughtful hospitality experience for employees, candidates, clients, partners, and guests.
  • Partner with People & Culture and other teams on programming objectives, independently managing calendars, logistics, vendors, budgets, and execution.
  • Build strong hospitality and event vendor relationships and continuously improve the in-office experience.
  • Serve as the primary internal owner of the managed IT provider and other technology vendors, holding partners accountable for service levels and driving issues to resolution.
  • Own the employee technology lifecycle, including equipment purchasing, provisioning, replacement, repair, recovery, and accurate asset inventory.
  • Coordinate employee account creation, access changes, and deactivation with appropriate partners.
  • Oversee core workplace technology including internet, Wi-Fi, printers, conference-room AV, and telecommunications.
  • Maintain clear documentation of systems, vendors, contracts, licenses, renewals, costs, processes, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with leadership and external providers on security, compliance, device management, and other IT initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility into workplace, event, and technology spend, reviewing invoices, tracking renewals, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
