About The Position

The Workplace Experience Coordinator/Experience Services Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. This role implements the experience program at the client site, providing a hospitality-focused workplace environment and supporting client event coordination and move management activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, lead and/or follow, and be respectful, cooperative, and accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management.
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all client event coordination requests.
  • Execute services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image.
  • Organize and operationalize key engagement events within the assigned client location.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations.
  • Support move management data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client goals and objectives.
  • Assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners.
  • Build meaningful lasting relationships with client employees and guests, carrying calling and culture cards.
  • Visibly engage and be well-known in the workplace.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services.
