About The Position

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, organizing on-site events, managing workplace services, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Facility coordinator experience is a plus
  • CMMS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
  • Make a memorable first impression by professionally answering telephone calls and creating presentations.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions as given by management.
