About The Position

At REGENT, we’re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities. We're not just building vehicles, we're creating a new category of transportation: the seaglider. These groundbreaking wing-in-ground-effect craft travel just above the water’s surface, combining the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. Capable of 180 miles at 180 mph on today's battery tech (and up to 400 miles with next-gen batteries), seagliders will unlock fast, affordable, and sustainable coastal transit for passengers and cargo - connecting cities, islands, and communities like never before. Backed by leading investors and powered by a team of passionate, forward-thinking engineers, builders, and operators, we’re now scaling from a breakthrough prototype to full production - and building the team to make it happen. As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional, welcoming, and well-run workplace environment that enables REGENT employees to do their best work every day. Reporting into Workplace Operations, this role blends hands-on coordination, people-facing support, and operational execution across our four office locations. You’ll be the connective tissue between people, space, and systems—ensuring offices, including dining services, run smoothly, employees feel supported, and day-to-day workplace needs are handled with care, consistency, and attention to detail. From coordinating office logistics and vendors to supporting visits and events and maintaining a positive employee experience, this role is critical to how REGENT shows up for its team as we grow. If you’re highly organized, service-oriented, and energized by creating great experiences in a fast-moving environment, we’d be excited to have you on the team!
