This is an on-site role, four days a week (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST), focused on keeping the office running smoothly and delivering a great day-to-day experience for employees and visitors. The role involves stepping into established programs, vendor relationships, and event cadences, requiring the ideal candidate to ramp up quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively. The coordinator will be the on-site representative for the workplace in San Francisco, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors.
