The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a productive, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees, guests, and partners across Render’s San Francisco office and distributed workforce. This role is part of the People team and owns day-to-day office operations, onboarding support, employee engagement initiatives, and coordination of team onsites while partnering closely with People Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams. This role is onsite five days per week in the San Francisco office.
